Introduction
Suppenburger GmbH, Switzerland, is the controller for our website and related services. This Policy covers the site, forms, and newsletters. Third‑party platforms you access are separate controllers under their own privacy terms.
Automatic Collection of Information
We collect server logs and device data (IP address, timestamps, URL, referrer, user agent) to operate and secure the Services. We use cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels, and SDKs where integrated) for security and, with your consent, analytics or advertising. Data We Collect
You can use the Services without telling us who you are. If you use account, purchase, or support features, we may collect contact details, account credentials, country, and user‑submitted content. If you do not provide data identified as required, we cannot deliver the related feature. For eligibility or anti‑bot checks we may process IP‑based location and device/interaction signals. If identity verification is required, we will notify you and process identity data via vetted providers. We may also receive identifiers or event data from authentication, payment, analytics, and anti‑bot vendors when you register or pay.
Use and Processing of Personal Data
We process personal data to provide and secure the Services and prevent abuse (contract, legitimate interests), to comply with law including tax and sanctions screening, and with consent for newsletters and any non‑essential analytics or ads. We may run anti‑bot checks. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
Managing Your Information
Access, correct, or delete certain data via settings (if available) or hello@suppenburger.com. Identity verification may be required. Requests apply to data we control. We retain data only as needed for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
Disclosure of Information
We share data with vendors who act as processors under contract. Independent controllers may include payment services, hosting and cloud providers, and analytics or advertising networks. We may disclose data to comply with legal requests, to protect rights or safety, or in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.
Retention of Information
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy and to meet legal, accounting, or security requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We may keep aggregated, non‑identifiable data.

We may transfer personal data outside Switzerland or the EEA. Where an adequacy decision applies we rely on it, otherwise we use Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards. Details are available on request.
Your Rights
Under GDPR and the Swiss FADP you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact hello@suppenburger.com. We will respond as required by law and may refuse or charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive requests. We may need to verify your identity. EU users may complain to their authority, Swiss users to the FDPIC. Rights apply to data we control.
Children
The Services are not intended for children under 16, or the lower age permitted in your country between 13 and 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If a child provided data, contact hello@suppenburger.com so we can delete it.
Information Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to risk to protect personal data. No method is perfectly secure.
Billing and Payments
Card payments are handled by payment providers, who may act as independent controllers, see their privacy notices. We do not store full card details. We receive limited billing data for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, and accounting.
Advertising
We may use third‑party advertising or measurement. We obtain your consent before using non‑essential identifiers for ad personalization or measurement, and you can change choices at any time. You may still see advertising without consent, in that case it is non‑personalized and based on the content you view. Partners process data under their own privacy terms.
Affiliates
We may disclose information about you to affiliates so they can offer related or additional products and services, where permitted by law. Any information we provide will be handled by those affiliates in line with this Policy or an equivalent notice. Where required, we will obtain your consent or provide a way to object to direct marketing.
Email Marketing
We send newsletters or promotions only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us. We use email service providers acting on our instructions. Service messages about your account or purchases may be sent without marketing consent.
